Our Summer/Fall Project

The following are unedited photos of our future home at 765 Vermont. Many professional folks have told us the bones of this house are great, just needs a *few* upgrades....

We are currently working on a plan that will allow for a speedy move in, while making it liveable (Signe has some pretty high standards!).

We are meeting with a contractor to understand what the effort will be from a time perspective, we are hoping for a 2-3 month period of construction with a big initial focus on the kitchen and bath.
